The House on Barber Mill is able to accommodate you inside the venue for up to 55 people or 70 including the porch. As many as 100 guests can be outside for a tented affair.

4 Hour Minimum

The use of The House on Barber Mill’s custom wood tables & white wood chairs (along with their set-up and break down)
A Barber Mill Staff Member for the duration of your event.
Dining outside for more than 55 will require a tent rental
A $200 booking fee is required to secure your date, and is non refundable. A 50% deposit on remainder of balance is due 60 days prior to your event. The final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event. Larger parties are subject to revised due dates. The rest of our cancellation and refund policy will be in your contract.
A security deposit is required.
Photography Sessions
Capture The House on Barber Mill’s beauty inside the venue and across our grounds! We would love to have you and your photographer with us for engagement sessions, family or graduation photos, newborn sessions and more!
