4 Hour Minimum
(Set-up and Clean-up time must be included in the time you rent)
Interior Dining (up to 50) $245/hour
Exterior Dining $285/hour

The use of The House on Barber Mill’s custom wood tables, white wood chairs & cocktail tables (along with their set-up and break down)
A Barber Mill Staff Member for the duration of your event.
A 50% deposit is due at booking & remainder of balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. The rest of our cancellation and refund policy will be in your contract.
Photography Sessions
Capture The House on Barber Mill’s beauty inside the venue and across our grounds! We would love to have you and your photographer with us for engagement sessions, family or graduation photos, newborn sessions and more!

$125 per hour - entire interior use only
