* * * Your choice of Vendors & an ABC permit ($50 and only needed for liquor) are all optional & secured at your own discretion in addition to “Total Cost of Venue” unless you choose our all- inclusive package.

o The entire house, along with it’s jaw-dropping 1200 sf porch where you can relax or mingle, seats up to 55 for dinner inside, up to 85 seated if utilizing the porch, & plenty of room to dine up to 100 on the lawn.
